Our Partners

The following is a full list of partners that currently sit on the Employer Partnership’s Steering Group. The Steering Group is attended by organisations that are involved in engaging businesses on a daily basis and therefore are keen to coordinate the multiple employer engagement initiatives currently undertaken. The Group provides overall strategic business steer in supporting and developing the EP so that it is recognised as an important local business network and one of the first point of calls for businesses and business support organisations alike.

Our current Steering Group Partners are:
Brent Business Venture - BBV offers a range of advisory and support services to help people achieve their personal business goals. They offer support to businesses at all stages of development from pre-start-up through to established business growth planning.

Park Royal Partnership – PRP’s business growth team accesses information, networks and resources to help businesses in the Park Royal area to succeed and grow. PRP’s services include business advice, mentoring, workshops, networking and access to finance and grants.

ABi Associates – ABi Associates is an economic development company which provides a diverse range of support to entrepreneurs, businesses and communities in Brent and throughout the UK. ABi Associates promote and develop entrepreneurship within the UK’s ethnic communities, unlocking their potential through enterprise.

Business Link London – BLL provide support to help entrepreneurs start a new business but also diagnosing issues affecting existing businesses and providing information and support to take it to the next leve

West London Business – WLB is the Chamber of Commerce for West London covering all 6 boroughs. It represents businesses on strategic business issues as well as attracting inward investment to raise the economic competitiveness of the area.

Job Centre Plus – is the government agency supporting people of working age from welfare into work. Job Centre Plus for the West London region is represented at the Employer Partnership and provides valuable information to the Partnership on government legislation.

Brent in2 Work – is Brent Council’s employment brokerage and training organisation for local unemployed residents. Brent in2 Work provides tailor made career advice and recruitment services to help residents, but also offers businesses a recruitment service providing customised training, job ready candidates and support training existing members of staff.

Harlesden and Willesden Town Centre Partnership – is a partnership between the public and private sectors to ensure Harlesden and Willesden Town Centres are accessible, welcoming, attractive and safe places to visit. The Town Centre Partnerships include local businesses, stakeholders, and council officers and is managed by the Town Centre Manager.

Wembley Town Centre Partnership – has the same roles and responsibilities as the Harlesden and Willesden Partnership but with focus on Wembley.
